Accessing BWB downloaded documentation
Some of the documentation you can download from the Business Winning Business site will be in PDF format. To view these documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat reader. This can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe Website by clicking here.
Adjusting the text size
You can adjust the text size used in Business Winning Business via your web browser of you find it hard to large or to small for your screen.
Internet Explorer:
Select the ‘View’ menu from the top of window. Then, click ‘Text Size’ and select from the list of sizes available as to your preference.
Mozilla Firefox:
Select the ‘View’ menu from the top of window. Then, click ‘Text Size’ and select the ‘increase’ or ‘decrease’ option to change the text size as appropriate.
Accessing the help area
You can access the help area in Business Winning Business by clicking the ‘help’ link in the main navigation panel that is always present to the left of the screen. Alternatively, press the ‘F1’ key whilst viewing a page on the site and the help area will be presented as a pop up window.
Hyperlink access
The hyperlinks that are available throughout the site can all be accessed using the ‘tab’ key.
Sitemap
The Business Winning Business website is accessible via a sitemap that is accessed by clicking the ‘sitemap’ link in the main navigation panel. Some of the links in the sitemap will require you to be logged in as either a supplier or buyer user before you are granted access to that particular area of the site.
